What is the typical shipping timeframe for a new e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size of the shipment, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps, which usually take about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the odometer must show fewer than 10 miles.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Torque E-bikes provide between 35 to 60 miles of range per charge using pedal assist.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with several providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Torque E-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
